PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN LOMPAT JAUH PESERTA DIDIK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA PADA SEKOLAH MENEGAH PERTAMA 8 TELUK KRAMAT SAMBAS

Abstract

Writing that will be done is where the 7th grade students when learning long jump there is still a lot that needs to be justified at the time of start, running, refusing, approaching, and landing still feel there are great doubts that need to be given a method or approach with the media so that able to do long jump easily and patterned according to the correct technique with the media students are able and able to do more precise and appropriate moves to take the initial steps so that students at the time of learning feel pleasure, no burden and not afraid to always repeat what is given by the teacher, the method used in this study is action research with various steps of planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection, with class VII research subjects totaling 37 students with pre-cycle results 9 students graduated with 24% and those who did not pass 28 students 7% , then it needs to be followed up to cycle 1 by passing 81% students and not yet l Ulus 7 students with a percentage of 18% were developed with a method that is more suitable and suitable for eating in cycle 2 of 37 students graduating 35 students 94% graduating with the media students better understand and easily gradually when learning long jump.
